This place is terrible. The management is very slimy and they always have excuses as to why they never fix maintenance issues. My apartment flooded six times in less than a year and the place looks like a dump. They use scrap wood and scrap tile and the place is falling apart. There is mold everywhere and when they go to finally fix your apartment, they leave carpet ripped up and nails everywhere. Closet doors are so old and janky that they fall off the hinges. I had to call 3 times to have them come fix it. They will never replace anything, just repair it half way and then problems arise again. I have had my neighbor's sewage pipes back up into my apartment not once, but three times. You try to call maintenance and can't get a hold of them because they never have the correct emergency numbers listed on their website. The office staff is rarely in the building even when they are supposed to be open. The office managers don't know how to problem solve effectively and just tell you that the company that owns it is out of California and that they can't do anything about it. They will raise your rent by 500 dollars a month and then every time you pay your rent, it will be a different amount. They make you pay for water and sewage even though you also have to pay Edmond Electric for the same thing. Please don't ever move here. It's literally a living hell. My apartment constantly smell like marijuana as they don't do anything about that either.
