Upsides and Downsides

For the most part my partner and I have enjoyed our stay at Spring Creek. Crystal in the office is always a great help and is very informative, and the Matenience team always does a great job in our unit! My concern is with the corporation that runs this complex. We had a very hard time with our maintenance requests going through with their previous company (before thanksgiving 2021), and have yet to have a good interaction with this new company. Every time I’ve left a voicemail with the corporate/company office my calls are never returned, and when they call me they are very rude and talk over me. So, again, the people I’ve interacted with in person with this complex are great, and if it wasn’t for the mother-company my rating would be much better. As an added note; please ice the stairs and parking lot during the wintertime! Many times we were unable to go to work because our vehicles were not able to make it up the hill, and I fell down a set of stairs. Neighbors are also very bad about picking up their dog poop and little is done other than emails. Other than that I’ve never had a problem with my neighbors and we’ve enjoyed our stay!
