This hasn't been a great place to live, very sad due to how much we pay. They let in-uniformed workers enter apts, without notice or reason. And shut off water all the time. I have NOT liked living here. We have also gotten our tire stolen as well, and the apts didn't help in any way. The office staff doesn't communicate with their tenants. I have had multiple maintenance workers enter our apt without notice or reason. I have it on camera. I had to get a camera due to not feeling safe. The plumbing is also an extreme issue. They told us once when poop backed into our tub that the apts didn't have to money to fully fix our issue.

I would say that Poor management, miscommunication, unkept buildings, and lack of professionalism from the office staff. They are constantly changing the rules and not communicating effectively. Once having plumbing maintenance done, they said they have to check their budget to see if they can fix the poop draining into our shower. The rent out apt's next to us as an air bnb and did not disclose this to us upon us moving in. I will be moving out as soon as our lease is up.
