There has been past issues of long wait times for maintenance requests, unsupervised children causing noise disturbances and property damage, and issues with non-residents causing issues. With the latest security service along with getting my own security cameras things have improved.

Loud neighbors... roaches... nonexistent maintenance (4-5days to fix anything) constant invasion of privacy... felt like i was on eggshells.. like I was living with my parents... parking issues... dead cars being parked and left months... constant lease violations... olf ac units that can't cool off apartment in today's weather... there's more but I said as much as I need

Nice, quiet community everyone is very friendly. The staff is always very helpful and always very good about getting maintenance requests done. However, there is a bug problem and has been since I moved in almost 2 years ago. They try their best to work with exterminators to fix the issue but you have to take your own measures as well.

We have lived here since 2022 and absolutely love it. The community is so clean and quiet and near everything we need. Maintenance is INCREDIBLE and take care of issues quickly. The office is so nice and they put on cute resident events. It's been great.

We have had roaches since we moved in. Almost 2 years. The back bedroom has flooded and needed the carpet replaced at least 3 times if not more. We get charged for the neighbor kids trash if they leave it in front of our door area because we happen to be the downstairs unit. Maintenance is around often, but they aren't friendly by any means. I guess it's alright.

the worst place I have ever lived in, they rent dirty apartments, my apartment has mold and dog urine since I moved in to date, no one has come to clean and I have asked for it on many occasions, when providing help to the Residents, their help is totally and completely null, zero willingness to help or solve a problem, they only make the charges and fines on time so that you pay more than the bill at the end of the month! Dirty apartments, very friendly office staff until you sign!! after that everyone ignores you and just wants your money

No bad experiences. Riff raff seems to not stay long?mostly really nice people here. Maintenance has been making repairs and updates it seems like more often lately. It would be nice if the groundkeepers cleaned up a little between the building that most don't see, but we walk by daily.

I live at deerfield estate for 6 month and I like live here. It so quite and so clean can't wait to try the pool out this summer. If you send a Maintenance request maintenance gets right on top of it.

Overall modern clean apartment. Lawns are maintained. Central location with stores and restaurants near by. Gym, pool and playground on site. Quiet community. In particular this past year 23-24 the management seems to be a well balanced and a good fit for this complex. Events for all ages have been offered to bring the community together in a positive way

When I moved in April, the apartment had a lot of details, I still haven't finished accommodating everything as it should be due an accidente I had. I don't use shoes inside and the carpet at the stairs is really dirty. I would like to have more privacy in my patio

It is a good place to raise children. The staff is friendly and reliable! We have lived here for almost 17 years. I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking for a place. I feel they are trustworthy too.

i love it , its a very quiet and well alert community. The park is just right for my 3 year old and its walking distance to a few very popular stores plus my bank this has to be one of the best communities i ever lived

Deerfield Estates is a wonderful community to live in. I love the amenities they offer like the volleyball and tennis court but my kiddos and I especially love the oversized pool! The staff has always been very helpful and kind and maintenance is quick and efficient. It is truly a great community to call home.

Living at Deerfield has been great so far. My kids enjoy the Resident Events. Maintenance has been great with the one small issue I have had. They seem knowledgeable and efficient. As far as the office staff goes they have been nothing but sweet, courteous, and helpful. The move in process was very easy. I recommend Deerfield Estates to all my friends and family.

It has gotten better than when I first moved in. Maintenance is tentative. No complaints! Rent is reasonable in a safe area with the property management doing stuff for the kids. The only suggestion, can we have some events on Saturday or Sunday. It's difficult to rush home to come to an event. Weekends would be perfect. Just my opinion

Everything has gotten exponentially better as the years have progressed. Although I'll be moving soon I have gone from not recommending Deerfield to recommending Deerfield to anyone. I'm not exactly sure what changed but it definitely changed for the better. The only complaint which isn't really a is the appliances are a little old but I can understand it's extremely expensive to replace appliances for 100s of occupants. Other than that everything has become so much better.

My experience has been great so far. I've had a few issues and they've always came to fix anything within a week, sometimes same day if they're able. Any other issues I've had they've always been able to help me and assist in anything that needs done.
