Easy and so helpful!!!

Cailin and Lawrence were amazing!! They were so helpful in getting me moved in ASAP and helping with everything they could. Made us immediately feel at home and taken care of! Lawrence has the kindest soul and truly made this an enjoyable experience. He is efficient, sensationally knowledgeable of the process, and a joy to work with!! So happy to call riverwalk my new home!!

With the exception of constant harassment from my developmentally disabled neighbor, its good. Now i have to move again because guys like me never get any help. Thats why im fed up with people. I wish things would have been different. Ive been very patient, enduring the antagonism and stupid voice changing amplifier thing for months. I have family that lives here in eugene. I grew up here. If someone comes to retaliate for me saying something just know this, nobody EVER knows what a man is capable of until hes pushed to the brink. Oh, i think im quite far from any "brink", but, then again, ive never been there so it could be a short trip

Enchanting location near Delta Ponds, with accessible bike paths to the river and 5 minutes from downtown. It is a peaceful, modern apartment community where nature and upscale living meet—well-maintained by a courteous team.

Overall good with the exception of a few unprofessional rude office employees. The office staff seems to be untrained and the onsite manager is nonexistent. Having a office employee tell you that they can do whatever they want with regard to leasing shows lack of training.

I am a single person living in the studio with a dog. I think the space is enough for one person, although you have to be a little creative. The walls and ceiling could be more insulated. I feel safe and I like the location. Prices are high everywhere, but I can barely afford the studio and I have a full time salary job. The apartment has a lot of nice qualities, but unless two people are splitting the cost of a one bedroom, I just don't see how it is affordable to the average person.

It is a very nice place, I love the natural lighting and the loft space in the townhomes. The kitchen layout is not my favorite but it's not a deal breaker. The management staff are total sweethearts. The maintenance crew is very nice but they don't seem to be thorough or there is miscommunication from my work order, to the managers, to them.

This could be my forever home. Much of that feeling is because of the staff. Tichelle, Cailin, Tyler, and Austin make me feel welcome and like I am not a nuisance which I know I have been so far. The apartment and surrounding nature is perfect.

Riverwalk community is pleasant, convenient and veryserene. I enjoy walking all around the nearby Delta Pond trails. Management and staff have truly been excellent. I appreciate the secure unit and storage unit, and other amenities like bike storage room and EV charging stations.

The neighborhood is great. It is quiet and I have never felt unsafe. No break ins that I am aware of. Maintenance is not to be desired as things are not maintained or cleaned on a regular basis and not maintained to most residents standards.

Overall, living at Riverwalk has be a good experience. Most maintenance requests get resolved relatively quickly. But for some reason they, as a multi-billion dollar company (Greystar), are unable to figure out how to replace the lightbulbs in the stairwells. After 15 maintenance requests for the same issue, they still can't figure it out. The work orders just keep getting closed and marked as work completed when no work at all was done. This is unfortunate, because there are so many other good things about living at Riverwalk.

My experience at this community has been frustrating. In early December our HVAC units stopped heating our unit and we reported it immediately to maintenance. The maintenance team determined that the unit needed to be replaced and have spent the last four months trying to get a new unit from a verified vendor leaving us without heating for the last four months.

The staff is pretty awesome, and the construction of the buildings seems to be done very well from what I can see, I do see buildings for a living. The area is perfect for taking advantage of the bike trails and shopping mall. Great place.

I have lived here for only a few weeks and have had any request promptly answered by maintenance and love my apartment home! It’s quiet and I have beautiful views all around. The best part is the leasing staff, they truly care and you can tell!

Quiet neighborhood close to a beautiful Riverwalk. Neighbors are friendly! The gym provided is one of the best perks! Lots of equipment and a nice pool too. Kids and dogs are roaming the place, everyone is welcome here! Love my daily walks around the neighborhood.

I have lived here since it opened in 2014. I have gone through changes of 3 owners and numerous managements and staff. Complex has deteriorated over time and rents have skyrocketed. However, I love the location and my apartment so I have remained.

Very calm, quiet and clean. It is very close to the mall and other grocery stores so it is very convenient to live here. The ponds across the street and the river in the back offer some really nice views and a nice, quick walk around the block.

The building is A paper. It is safe and cleaner than most. The layout and design are great. The new crew is doing a good job. The amenities are top notch. You and your pets will be happy here. It is peaceful and a stone's throw to the beautiful ponds. It is the best location, by fire department, medical services, and the mall.

All staff are friendly, as well as neighbors. We feel safe living here. We didn't hear any fireworks over July 4th holiday. There seems to be a range of ages of people who live here from college kids (haven't heard any parties), to retired folks. Is handicap accessible except for the doors to get into building.

Excellent! I have had a great time here. My dog enjoys it very much also. The grounds are exceptionally too. Any issues I have had was taken care very promptly and personally. I cannot wait until the pool and BBQ are open.
