I like Riverwalk for the location, the nice apartments and overall it’s quiet. Word to the wise: Do NOT purchase an open air parking space for $30 a month. They sell it to you gladly to take your money but offer you absolutely nothing when people park in your “reserved” Space. They say after hours “there is little to nothing we can do to help you”. During their office hours it’s no better. Various people have parked in my space 5 times in 1 month. You call and email, they don’t have them move, won’t tow them (even though signage on the property eludes to they will). Only way to fix it for me was to terminate the reserved parking and save $30 per month.
