BEWARE! We only lived here for 3 months while evacuated from the wildfires and everything went OK until we were moved out. We are still trying to get refund of $150 cleaning fee and drip pan fee after 4 months of phone calls and emails. Just a heads up to future renters. Not very responsive management. We had the apartment professionally cleaned and provided the paid invoice to management. The drip pans on the stove were pristine yet they charged us for replacement and a cleaning fee. Just FYI to future renters. We are still trying to resolve this. Unhappy Riverwalk Camper
