Management Staff is terrible, the apartments themselves are on the down slide from when they where built. The newer "younger" tenants treat the place more like a Frat House then an Apartment complex, throwing their garbage everywhere, parking in such a way taking up more space than they need, we have some living in their vehicles at the far end of the complex, management doesn't do anything and recently sent out a notice a couple of months ago about people putting stuff out on their patio areas and then never followed up but sending me a 24 hour NOTICE of ENTRY on thanksgiving day because I after I got the notice I called and asked if they could do the inspection on the 29th or 30th because I was off from work and they never even responded to my message
