Initial lease was very bumpy and I still have not received any information about amenities, likely because they are closed due to Covid, but was jot given a tour at all. The office staff seems inconveniently when we call it took 10 days to stop my kitchen sink from leaking because they had to order a part for a very low quality faucet instead or replacing it.
