Took over a month for staff to get someone to check out my garbage disposal. And usually takes just as long for majority of maintenance. Staff dont communicate out to residents if there’s a change in utility fee until it’s too late. The amenities are good and probably what’s keeping me here. Overall an okay experience.

Hello, we are sorry that you have been unhappy with your stay with Riverwalk. We have been very short staffed and have been doing everything we can to make sure everything is being taken care of as best we can. Thankfully we are fully staffed as of last week and will be catching up on all items that are in need of assistance.
