Unpleasant

The office staff wasted my time asking for documents they had already been sent over and over. When I moved in, I found that the oven wasn’t working and maintenance took over two weeks before ordering the parts. The apartment was poorly insulated and the kitchen and bathrooms had multiple stains including one on the toilet that made guest’s uncomfortable. The gym had some nice equipment, but when I was using it I was approached by someone claiming to be another resident aggressively pushing a pyramid scheme. I enjoyed being located next to the river.
