Beautiful place to live, A very confusing and inconsistent untimely managment. I’m waiting for them to realize that because they took a break lease out of my paycheck for January one, when I had not broken the lease. I didn’t mind paying the break lease penalty, but that was only if I was able to move to an upstairs apartment, which I have successfully done but I hadn’t even been approved yet (even though I’ve already lived here for three months) but worth the bs I had to deal with. Not to mention the overdraft fees that they caused me when they took that money out. as a business, I think it’s very important that people recognize that they are the business if they’re being paid by the business, which in this case is Greystar. my first night living here, someone had parked behind me, and I kindly waved them to move so that I can get into my spot. This led to him spray painting on my parking spot. The word “----“ and that’s sort of how bad it’s been in a general sum up, I appreciate and love my place but y’all gotta do better. Right now the elevators aren’t working so I can’t complete my move and please don’t say that it’s not your fault because it is a business that you belong to and therefore it’s everybody’s fault I hope to remove this in the future once everything is done, right and repaired and I’m compensated $$$
