LISTEN, My rent is $450 more per month than my upstairs neighbors with same apartment. They moved in 6months after. Good for them, Truly. I had to find income, Mngr mockingly saying "we cannot come down on rent," My deal was $1800/m for 1 bdrm. Upstairs neighbor, only 6months later-- $1350/m. $5400/year MORE to me- for NOTHING!! Way too many kids. All trying to win the daily scream fest. They play in front of my window and the stairwell (echo chamber) and scream etc night and day. It's haunting and inescapable. Add an extra $90 - $135 / month for water sewer for a single unit. Manager (see photos) covertly dumps her couches and junk when she moved out. My neighbor recorded it on his camera and told me all of us have to pay for that. Mgmt has been dishonest, lacking transparency, with an ongoing proven distrust. --Everything from pricing$ to personal security. Also, the young couple moved in upstairs a year ago. It's not very soundproof. Too much personal noise for me and nobody wants that. Same as the last couple that lived there. Of course my TV or music (earplugs) is on regardless. --Just saying. FAVORITISM -- People lose respect for Mgmt that has rules for you, but not themselves or a select few. One manager "seems" nice; however, she has her favorite residents and grants privileges no one else will ever get. Recently, I'd made a digital notation concerning a single occupant neighbor with 2 rigs and parks in handicap spots -all week/weekend on a continuum. This low IQ individual occupies two permanent parking spots as it is. Mgmt had me notify office when this occurred. --MGMT failed to do anything for over a year now; however this time a 30 yo senorita Manager COMMANDED me to reposition security camera by midnight or lease is breached, then evicted etc. WTH!!! This is Nonsense blather and obv power tripping. It's not really possible for her to tell if my camera is on or a dummy camera. **Get this** --- **Simultaneously,** the other Manager has me send pics of his parking transgressions?!?! The director of company, Megan has failed us all as well. -- sits there like a perv in a van, staying quiet and hoping I'll go away. There is guilt in silence if you ask me. That's how management's been. Management cannot be trusted... Shifty AF !! & Lies to your face. If you speak up they work to silence you. Again, --was just Admonished with the possibility of an eviction notice because manager thought my security camera was pointed in the wrong direction. WTH !! 've never been evicted. -And they have keys to my house. It is PURE !! For these reasons. Please allow me to save You some time and $$$. Keep searching.
