This is my 15th year living at 2121 Belmont APTS and I L-O-V-E this building. I park in a level secure garage, have 2 elevators to take me to my floor, a great view, high-end appliances, QUIET, clean, great view, fabulous management, excellent service team, and great cleans for the public spaces. Yes, I love it here and so did my husband. LOVE 2121 Belmont APTS!

Excellent location and beautiful space. The staff, specifically Phil with maintenance is above expectation. There have been some security issues recently with the private secure closed garage but that’s partially on tenants to ensure gate closes. If you expect on site gate security you’re gonna got have to pay for it.

Still live at 2121 SE Belmont St, Apt 201. Resigned lease for another year. Staff has been helpful. The only big problem are the new people that move in. They do not take care of their trash. The new people don't follow the instruction to where to deposit the recycle and where to deposit trash. If they would brake down their trash there would be more space to put trash. Then the trash bill would be smaller.

Moving into 2121 has been a fantastic experience. The leasing agents, Andi and Zach, have been helpful, supportive, and extremely friendly. Phil, the maintenance supervisor, has been prompt to respond to my service requests. I am recommending 2121 as a place to live to all of my friends and acquaintances.

Feels like home

After decades of owning our own home we honestly were not looking forward to apartment life. So we have been pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we feel here. Apartment building is quality, concrete construction, apartments are quiet; we don’t hear footsteps from upstairs or neighbors nextdoor. Residents have been friendly but non-intrusive. Management and maintenance have been quick to respond and take our requests seriously. Zack has gone out of his way to respond promptly to our requests and to make us feel heard. The location here couldn’t be better for convenience to restaurants, shopping and access to downtown. It seriously feels like home and even though this was supposed to be temporary for us, we now have no intention to move.

We have only been in our apartment for less than a week but we are so impressed by the leasing staff and the building maintenance. Thanks to arrangements made the move-in was extremely easy. We have heard nothing but glowing reviews from other residents! The only drawback we have encountered is the lack of Ample EV chargers in the garage. There are currently five electric vehicles vying for use of the single available charger.

Great location, good apartment layout esp. corner apt. which has a fireplace. Good supply of hot water though the pressure in the shower is a bit low. We have a view of the cemetary across the way which is stellar. All staff extremely helpful and nice.

My apartment is spacious with large windows and a comfortable balcony. The concrete construction offers the best soundproofing of anywhere Ive lived! Management is friendly and helpful. Im very happy here.

I highly recommend 2121 Belmont Apartments in every respect. Location is central and convenient, on-site staff is professional and efficient, facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the units are spacious and well appointed. Special shout-out to Moises and Rosie, who have handled cleaning for years and do so graciously and kindly. Maintenance and office staff are quick to respond to requests. And as the building originally constructed as high-end condos, it offers great value for renters. If I were still living in Portland, I would never have moved.

I lived at 2121 Belmont for two years and had a very pleasant stay, despite the pandemic. My unit was well maintained when I moved in and any maintenance issue that arose during my stay was addressed promptly and completely, even when a problem arose on the weekend. The office staff was uniformly very polite, generous, and good natured. The location is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and fairly quiet, despite facing a major street on both sides of the building. I would recommend renting an apartment in this building to anyone considering a move to Portland OR.

I've enjoyed living here for 4 years now. The building is solid and clean. The apartment features are so appreciated. The management is excellent. I have a fantastic view of big firs and other trees that provide a calming feel to my apartment. Friends comment on the view. All in all, living here works for me.

My partner and I have lived at 2121 Belmont for just under a month and so far have absolutely loved it! It is a nice building with beautiful features and it is well built, so we never hear our neighbors. We initially didn't consider this apartment when searching for a place, because we didn't think we could afford it. After looking into it, we found that their prices were very reasonable, while still offering every we were looking for. There was nothing even close to this place when looking at what you get for the money. We are so happy that we picked this apartment!

My time at 2121 Belmont Apartments has been great - no complaints about the actual unit or building itself. I understand with COVID-19, a lot of decision-making is handcuffed, but it is upsetting that amenities are baked into the cost and I haven't been able to use one (gym, pet cleaning station, etc.) during my entire time here. It's especially upsetting seeing other buildings around Portland having their gyms open, while ours remains closed.

Great living space with wonderful lighting and view. I love the entire team at the Belmont. They love our animals and know us all by name. Little touches like doggie bags, drinks in the office and dog treat go a long way in making us feel at home!

Five star hotel ambience! Great, responsive management, super clean building and countless luxury details in the apartments. After years of comprimising on what I wanted in a rental, I decided to put together a check list of what I need. Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer, AC, Balcony, Covered Parking, 2121 Belmont was the ONLY place in this area that checked off all the items I wanted. Add to that a great location, park (cemetery!)view and super fancy appliances to boot! I love this place!
