The residents living in the building are wonderful. * The lobby and community spaces are poor dirty and not accessable even though we are paying for these spaces.. * For the amount of rent people are paying, the entrance and lobby are not clean, furniture is old and dirty, holiday decorations are high-school cheap and look amateur for a high end Pearl District apartment. Either do it well or don't do it at all. The manager and team are inexperienced, seem uninterested and unfriendly-rude to residents and focused only on recruitment. Management treats residents as though we are unimportant and bothersome. The only person we can count on for good service is Brian, the maintenance manager and his staff. The management under the new Style system needs to be replaced with experienced, knowledgeable and FRIENDLY PEOPLE. The Style management company is inferior to the previous the management company.

I love living at Asa.I love my unit. The parking garage speed bumps are excessive and bad for car alignments. I moved in in May and the rooftop deck is still closed. Can I get a credit to my rent as that was a selling point to moving in to the Asa? Sage is the best!

Great neighbors. Leasing team is very helpful, and friendly. There are way to many apps needed to get in and around the community. Majority of the time I have to try and remember the code to get into my apartment, because it takes forever for the app to recognize I'm standing in front of my door and want to unlock it. There are way to many speed bumps at the entrance and exit of the parking structure. I'm not sure who drew up the plans using their crayons and paper, but it's over kill and 3 out of the 4 need to go.

I really liked the complex at first but the newer changes are a bit frustrating and the tenants were not asked for opinions first. By this I mean the new locking/security system and especially the new speed bumps in the garage have caused more harm than good and have increased the amount of time to get in and out of the garage because of waiting behind other folks

Living at Asa has been really nice. We love the community, our flat, and the location. We feel like we lucked out! The flats are well insulated, so don’t hear our neighbors. The staff has been very friendly and we enjoy the amenities. We also love how pet friendly the community is!

Overall safe. Occasional but regular vandalism in the parking garage with continued communication from the staff that "we're working on getting it fixed" but it's been a while and nothing has changed. Updated door entry was nice but the traditional fobs for the front entrance still don't work. Staff is always nice.

That’s good news and there’s bad news. The good news is the staff is excellent and the apartments are nice and quiet. The bad news is you’re going to see homeless people in the building and you’re going to see them all around the building and you’re not gonna feel safe.

The building needs 24/7 security! And a dedicated staff to clean the sidewalks - the ASA staff does an amazing job but downtown Portland is disgusting. I'm disheartened that Greystar can't or refuses to see this issue. Asking full-time maintenance workers to clean up the human feces, vomit, ejaculation is unbelievable.

The concern is the accessibility of non-residential to the elevator, garage and sky lounge. As a matter of fact, two nights ago, there are several young kids smoking cannabis at the sky lounge. A young went to the lobby and came back when few more of his friends. Luke is one of the most amazing manager of this property.

Asa Flats team have been the most amazing to me and I love it here. My favorite place is the Skylounge. I could just move in there. Convenient location. I love that I can walk to everything from my place. Supermarkets, best chai tea and vegan breakfast sandwich in town, massage, nails, restaurants, I mean all within 2 -5 min. Walk from me. Amazing! Also the Asa team, is so awesome! They are truly one of a kind and I am so grateful for them :)

Overall quite positive experience. Staff is great and very responsive. Only drawback is repeated instances of some residents not following rules regarding trash, noise, etc. despite frequent reminders.

Despite moving in during the pandemic, I have felt welcomed and part of the Asa community. Residents here are genuinely excited to introduce themselves and to be your new neighbor. Management has also been highly responsive, friendly and reliable, which makes such a difference. Our apartment itself has great views, is quiet, and the little things like having concrete walls and solid wooden doors mean we can both work from home and zoom all day really easily. Great Wave G wifi, organized package system, big parking garage. I also highly value the diversity of our community here in terms of ages, backgrounds, and where people have relocated from, etc. Sometimes these downtown apartments have tiny living spaces and big fancy amenities I wont actually use. Here I have access to my own free garden box, a rooftop patio, gym and garden terrace that I have already enjoyed. Dont be deterred by COVID, this area continues to be a great place to live. Basics grocery store, urgent care, sisters coffee and snow bunny cafe within 2 min walk. World Foods, great restaurants with outdoor options, portland rock gym, powells, within 10min walk.

Weve only been in Asa for a month now, but it is a dream living here. The flats are big and luxurious feeling and its definitely the best value/sq footage youll find in this area. The leasing team completely sold me on this place just by being friendly and prompt about getting back to me. I love the concrete modernistic feel to the apartments, and the huge sliding door into the one bedroom. The concrete is an added bonus as you can hardly ever hear your neighbors. The huge windows and rolling kitchen island are some of my favorite features as well. All the residents are just so friendly too, and I cant wait for amenities to open back up so I can get to know people better. They even gave us an Asa Rewards packet after we moved in with things like free laser teeth whitening, free massage, 15% off a local restraunt, etc. I can tell Greystar really values their residents already. Im excited to make a lot of memories in this home.

I would ask for more supplies for cleaning during covid times (Masks on the entry, Sanitizer in the lobby/elevator) Additionally please increase the Security measures on the entry /elevator (FOB on the elevator) will be highly appreciated :)

Smooth move in process, amenities should be open which would be nice. Not a lot of availability on parking, Safeway and grocery is steps away and I rarely need to drive anywhere. Floor plans are spacious and functional

Great location, great staff, and the amenities are decent but closed due to covid crap right now. Some residents are irresponsible, but I'm sure it's like that anywhere. The rooftop lounge is great but small.

The office and mantainance staff are polite and friendly and they do and outstanding job. The community is very well taken off, clean and pleasant. Very good amenities. Of all the apartment complexes I have lived in in Portland (4) this is my favourite.

Its a chill place to live. Clean, good apartment layouts and convient to most things. A nice community and homes are fairly affordable. Lots of amenities. Mixture of ages. Next door to two parks, a grocery store, bank etc
