Penthouse units are really awesome if you can get one. Great layout, great design. You share one wall with the unit next to you and it is a bathroom wall. The views are great. Coolest apartment I've ever leased.

Management here continues to disappoint me. How can an apartment manager be onsite only one day a week?! Is she the manager of other apartments as well? When I first moved in here, the manager and assistant manager were here from 10am to 6pm, Monday-Friday. A far, far cry from where we are now.

Over all I have enjoyed my time so far living at museum place apartments. I Enjoy using the community room and the gym. The package pickup system however can be faulty at times. The machine has numerous times not let me know there has been a package inside

My "experience" was a life changing ordeal. The staff lied to us and strung us along for 2.5 months, causing us to be homeless. There is absolutely no excuse for this and no one took any responsibility.i contracted pneumonia while living on my car, and got sick again while living at the Portland Tescue Mission shelter. Greystar should be glad not the litigiuos sort. But I'm about to become so if their harrassment continues.

I love museum place. Hate my neighbor. Have had unresolved issues. Safety is of the upmost importance to me. Also dogs should be allowed on 2nd floor communal outdoor space. So long as people take responsibility to clean up after their pets.

I got my truck broken into and nothing was done. Elevators suck, the whole time that I was living here the elevator was broken. I live on the 7th floor and I hurt my leg one time, and I couldnt walk. They expected me to go up the stairs. the security is garbage also. Not helpful at all MY TRUCK got broken into and nothing was done like COME ON you pay $165 for no reason? Like seriously $165 a month thats almost $2,000 a year to prevent break in. I had to pay $400 for my car window! Like come on ATLEAST HELP ME SEE THE VIDEO OR HELP ME PAY IT WHY AM I PAYING $165 A MONTH

I have been living here for 9 years and loved everything about it until May of 2019 when one of two elevators went down. It has remained down since, so we're now in our 9th month where Greystar keeps blaming the elevator company and seems unable to get that second elevator working. My love of this building remains but my faith in Greystar is at rock bottom which is making me contemplate looking for another place.

At times the current management staff fails to notify us about received packages that do not fit in the Concierge on the 2nd floor, whether some item of building equipment we misplaced, etc. was received or found. Also, the issue of the nonworking elevator has made us skeptical about how it is being repaired -- 8 months since it went down. It is simply not credible that a modern elevator cannot have been repaired in 8 months. Again, the issue is communication.

Violence, homeless drug addicted monsters, elevators havent worked for the last 8 months, packages stolen from your front door. Nobody of any moral or decent quality is moving in to this slumlord property. If homeless ppl shooting heroin, having sex, and shitting in the stairwells is okay...?... If never having management address these issues w/o threats of increases to your rent... then this IS the place for you.

Great location, nice building. The air conditioning doesn't work very well and the vent over the stove doesn't go anywhere. I wish it had a full bedroom instead of the 3 wall nook, but it's better than a studio for sure. There has been a recent turn over of office staff, so systematically, things are a mess, but the new manager seems to be trying her best to get everything under control.

I love my apartment! My floor plan is great: plenty of storage and natural light, thanks to the high ceilings. The little balcony is a great feature as is the nearby grocery (same block!) and excellent access to public transportation. Do be aware that this neighborhood is truly urban and includes all economic levels. You get the Art Museum and Park Blocks but also the homeless, train/bus sounds and the occasional siren.

It's been a great experience so far! The management goes out of their way to be helpful. The location is great within walking distance to everything (but there us parking avaliable too!) The apartments themselves are great - they look great and have lots of space and great features! The process from leaving to moving in was also quick and easy and took a lot of the stress that comes with moving off my mind. I think it's a great place to live!

Kinda noisy neighbors, but a lot of my friends live in this building and being close to them is nice. I like the hallways, the new lighting, and the awesome view out of my big window. If youre looking for something moderately priced downtown, this is perfect.

Good building and staff. Just too many transients and too much noise outside, the amenities are great. But the maintenance hotline dropped the ball on generating a work order when I called them to request service, But over-all I love the building and the staff.

the community is quiet despite being located downtown. homeless smoking is a problem for those who inhabit the first floor (smoke). Museum place is nice, beautiful and we have the Safeway supermarket going down the elevator

Topher seems stoned. Security is lacking because I walked in on a guy with a needle in his arm in the stairwell. Both stairwells smelled of feces and urine. The doors from the stairwell to the parking lot are locked so in the event of an emergency Iām unsure of how to leave the building which is an extreme issue to me.

An incredible place to live, you are close to both PSU and OCI campuses as well as anything else you could possibly need. The apartments are great quality and the staff is incredibly active in accommodating for your needs and making your stay a great experience!

So far I have had a great experience. From the leasing staff to security so far everything has been great. I really enjoy how quiet the complex is. It's great that we have the option to rent out a room if we have larger gatherings. I appreciate that there is a exercise room as well for days that I don't have time to go to the gym

So far I am extremely satisfied with this apartment complex! They are super clean, friendly, and safe! The maintenance replaced our dishwasher in less then a week in the crazy weather we have been having. Overall I am very happy with everything at Musuem Place apartments, and can't wait to renew my lease!
