If you like urban living you'll probably like it here.
I only have positive things to say about the location, building, apartment and staff. I've lived downtown before and know what to expect i.e. city noise, traffic, garbage trucks, people on the sidewalks. However, there are many more positive than negative attributes here. I enjoy the convenience and cost savings of walking to work, being so close to theatres, museums, restaurants and stores. I appreciate the friendly, caring, attentive management staff. I appreciate the secure parking garage. My utility costs are low. The building is clean. People say hello and are friendly when you share an elevator. Nothing has broken so I don't know about maintenance. Yes apartments can be noisy at times. If you have a common wall you are going to hear your neighbors from time to time just like condo and row house living except you own those. I enjoy having air conditioning and solid doors and windows (and I think the building has cement floors and ceilings). I find that keeps most of the noise out. I do recommend Museum Place. It is well kept and well managed. I love living downtown. I don't expect downtown to always be clean and quiet but that has nothing to do the the apartment.Share This Review
