Management at Museum Place
Recently I went into my apartments leasing office to talk to someone about making a maintence request. I talked to the Manager, Ben. After acting like it was a hassel for him to fill out a maintence request for me, he told me it would get done. DAYS LATER, I came back into the office curious as to why I hadn't been contacted and the maintence man never came to my apartment. I asked why it had not been taken care of yet since it had been 3 days or so. He was short and rude with me and had an attitude about the whole thing. even though last time I checked THATS YOUR JOB to help YOUR RESIDENTS, and make sure there aren't any problems, being that I pay a lot of money to live in a place where the MANAGER of your apartment complex is a complete -------. Luckily the other manager, I think the assistant manager Amy came over and calmly and nicely assured me that she would make sure it was taken care of immediately. Unlike Ben, she seemed like she genuinely cared that it was taken care of promptly. I went home, and within 2 hours the maintence was there repairing the problem. I went back later to thank her for her kindness and being so caring about the situation. She has always been nice to me whenever I run into her and it's always nice to see her.
