Overpriced Paper Thin Walls
I would not recommend renting here. The pros: -Good location: convenient to downtown and right above a grocery store. -High ceilings: this may not be a pro for everyone, but it does make the small space seem larger. -Floor to ceiling windows -In room laundry -Modern appliances -Garage parking The cons: -Paper thin walls: you can hear your neighbors all the time -Smell of smoke coming through the courtyard windows: I'm not sure if this is still an issue, but they did send out a letter while I was there about smoking in the building being prohibited. -Overpriced: This is obviously debatable depending on who you ask, but I think you can get more amenities for your money somewhere else. (I certainly am at my current apt building.) -Random fees taken out of your security deposit: Be prepared to pay when you move out even if there isn't anything wrong with the apt. -Rude office staffShare This Review
