Loud and overpriced
Since the new management has taken over, the quality of Museum Place has consistently degraded. The walls are very thin. The previous management company was aware of this, and made efforts to maintain the noise levels. Since Riverstone, I have lived next door to a family of four with screaming children. With the walls being so thin, everything can be heard. When I had signed my lease, it explicitly stated no more than 2 people may live in a unit. It seems that has been thrown out the window. Riverstone has made it very obvious that they're priority is maxing out the capacity of the building as opposed to quality of living for the residents. The management staff is predominately unhelpful, unless you deal with Kyle. He always greets everyone with a smile and is very helpful. I have yet to deal with either of the ladies without receiving a bad attitude. With them I always leave with the feeling that I am more of a nuisance than a tenant that pays the rent on time. For the price of the rent, the value is no longer there. I will be looking elsewhere when my lease is up.Share This Review
