Resident ā¢ 2012

I loved this place, but then..
Ever since the new management bought the building (Riverstone Residential), this place has gone downhill fast. Immediately they removed the buildings onsite maintenance and fantastic staff, leaving us with nothing but a 1-800 number, and a less then competent sales team. They've tried exploiting money out of myself and the residents multiple times. It's as if there constantly looking over the leases and finding every loop hole they can to earn even more money on the already over-priced rent. Right off the start, I found myself looking at a late rent fee slipped under my door after they shutdown automatic payments without notice. A few months after that we were all billed with unexpected utilities, with the company demanding we made payments within two days after notice, or we would be subject to more late payments. The leasing team has no sympathy or power, constantly referring me to "write a letter" to the Manager that's only at the building on Monday's and Fridays. It is by far the worse staff I have ever dealt with, surpassing even the greedy college town apartments I have been with in the past. While the inside is nice, be prepared to deal with the constant onslaught of fee's and lack of care from this management. I can't wait tell my lease is up this summer. For the price of the building, there are far superior comps in the area.Share This Review
