Management here continues to disappoint me. How can an apartment manager be onsite only one day a week?! Is she the manager of other apartments as well? When I first moved in here, the manager and assistant manager were here from 10am to 6pm, Monday-Friday. A far, far cry from where we are now.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews of Museum Place. I've lived here a year, and just renewed my lease. It has so much going for it. First is the location. Two streetcar stops less than a block away. Four light rail stops 5 or 6 blocks away. And more bus stops than I can count that close as well. I'm very glad to have sold my car before I moved to Portland. There are probably 6 ZipCar locations within 5 blocks. Next, the on-site management team. It's always a pleasure to interact with them. Finally the units themselves. This is an extremely quiet place to live, contrary to so many of the other reviews. I look forward to many happy years here.
