Iāve lived here for almost 2 years now and plan to stay as long as I can! Rent is reasonable for the neighborhood and you canāt beat the convenience of having a Safeway on the ground floor. The office staff are friendly and responsive and sometimes they organize little parties for residents. The maintenance staff (especially Hussein) are the best of any apartment Iāve ever lived in! Itās easy to make a maintenance request and usually someone shows up within a couple hours even for small issues. Thereās also a security company that patrols the block (mostly the Safeway and underground garage, but sometimes I see them in the apartment lobby). The new gym and community room and courtyard on the 2nd floor (all remodeled in 2016/2017) are great and I love having family over for BBQs at the outdoor grill. Iāve seen reviews here before that say the walls here are thin but I havenāt found that to be true at all! We almost never hear anyone above, below, or next to us! There are two small things I would change about Museum Place if I could: - It would be great if we had a bigger bike room in the garage! The one we have now is small and totally full so some people have to store their bikes in their apartments. All new buildings in our neighborhood are required by the city to have bigger bike facilities, but this building went up just before that rule. Hopefully the next remodel will include more bike storage and repair tools! - The lightbulbs! In the 2 years Iāve lived here almost every light bulb in the apartment has burnt out at least once. Maybe we could switch to a better brand?
