Great location. Pet friendly.
Museum Place is a very nice building. Everything is modern and well maintained; and the staff is friendly, responsive, and professional.

There are a lot of people here who have dogs, including us, and it's really great to be in a "pet friendly" building.

There is a really nice common room that one can reserve for private parties, and it opens out onto a big grassy terrace with tables and a grill. A super amenity!

Our apartment is a "one bedroom" but it's really a studio loft with a bedroom nook. The rent is probably a bit high for the square footage, but it's really the location one is paying for.

There is only one clothes closet, which can be a challenge for two adults. We bought a sturdy coat rack and we donated a lot of stuff to thrift stores.

Storage closets outside the apartments are available for an additional fee. That gives us a handy place for things like luggage and file cabinets.

We don't own a car, but we belong to Flexcar, and they have a lot of cars nearby. Public transit is very good, too.

The only serious negative is that there is no soundproofing between apartments. This has been a problem when our neighbors were young men with big sound systems and late-night habits. Considering the generally high quality of construction and finishes, this lack of soundproofing is a major puzzle.Share This Review
