The location is great! Close to a lot of downtown amenities. The management team is professional and polite, the maintenance team is the best. The maintenance team responds quickly. The green space is a big plus. The biggest (and for us deal breaking) problem is the noise. Safeway doing loud (where the whole building is shaking) construction in the middle of the night every few months, since they do not want to close shop in order to do it. Also the walls are super thin, so even when there is no construction noise, you can literally have a conversation with your neighbor through the wall, which is not so bbothersome unless you have completely different schedules.
