Overall I think it is a great building to live in, close to the tram, and right above Safeway. The crime in downtown Portland and the loud homeless community that meets outside Safeway can sometimes be loud. Also, sometimes the market across the street attracts crime.

Great apartment, but the lockdown has prevented the gym from being open, which is one of the ammenities we pay for; this is frustrating, as it is still advertised as an ammenity for the building but, has not been available for months.
