The Community at Summit Court is very good. The people are friendly, area is safe and nice. So far everything is good. Parking spaces are good to have but street parking is easy to obtain. My husband and I just moved from Boston and are liking it here.

Went for a tour of the community and Shannon was very helpful and professional and gave us a great first impression of this community and the management company. She answered all our questions. The propery looked well maintained and i love that there is free parking. The best part of this management company is the flexibility they offer in terms of different length of lease terms, security deposits, community transfers, and programs for home-buyers. I searched apartments all over the area and no-one was as accommodating and flexible.

The office and maintenance staff are great! they are very supportive, welcoming, and quick to respond. The community and neighborhood are also great, nice, quiet, and feels safe. The apartment was clean when we moved in and in good condition. The apartment is old, but from searching on other apartments in the area this one was in a better condition than the others.

I am very grateful for your convenience in renting. When I moved into my apartment, I saw that there were some shortcomings, but both Ms.Shannon and Mr. Jose was very supportive in helping me settle in and correcting the deficiencies. Environmentally clean and tidy. Our neighbors are very respectful and friendly. Schools are of good quality. It's only my first month and everything is good so far.

Summit Lane is picturesque! It's situated in Lower Merion Township. The grounds are superbly maintained. And, although there's a school on the side street there well behaved. The appliances are stainless steel. The square footage is adequate. Maintenance tends to your requests promptly, professionally, and proficiently yet the apartment needs insulation between the walls as to not hear neighbors like you live together and the wood floors are beautiful until you walk and hear loud creaking, realizing your neighbors may hear you, too. You can hear your neighbor on the second floor. If they're careless it will sound like a heard of cattle moving about as they walk hard, run back and forth, stomp and run down the steps and slam the doors. And, prayerfully you have neighbors that value their safety and lock the doors. It would be just short of perfect if not for the noise.

RODENTS HERE. OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS.

DON’T BE FOOLED!!! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM THE PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE!!! THIS PLACE HAS RODENTS, THE RENT IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A CHEAPLY MADE BUILDING LIKE THIS. THE WALLS ARE SO HOLLOW THAT YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THAT YOUR NEIGHBORS ARE DOING IN THEIR APARTMENTS. THEY HAVE STOPPED OFFERING FREE HEAT WITHOUT PROPERLY INFORMING THE TENANTS. THE CHEAP HEATERS/AC UNITS THAT THEY HAVE INSTALLED HERE ARE TERRIBLE. THEY WILL CAUSE YOUR ELECTRICITY BILL TO BE $400.-$500. MONTHLY IN ADDITION TO YOUR RENTAL FEES. THEY ALSO MAKE TOO MUCH LOUD NOISE. THE STOVES AND EVERYTHING ELSE ARE RAN BY ELECTRICITY SO THAT THE TENANTS WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT MUCH MORE IN EXPENSES SINCE WE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ELECTRICITY. THEY RENT THEIR APARTMENTS TO ANYBODY AND DO NOT HAVE ANY TYPE OF SECURITY IN PLACE. THE OWNERS ARE HORRIFIC AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS PAYING MONEY. THEY ARE VERY LOW CLASS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. THERE IS A 20% RENTAL INCREASE EVERY YEAR SINCE THESE NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER. WE WILL NOT BE RENEWING OUR LEASE.

My initial experience has not been that great. It just recently gotten better with office since Amber being here. Maintenance has been way better since Jose came onboard. When I first moved here the community was very quiet but has changed.

They had to install the worst heater/AC units for the residents without letting us know. So loud and so inefficient. They hire the cheapest contractors that are very unprofessional. Everyone here are upset but the management doesn't fix nothing. If you raise your voice, be ready to get kicked out at the next rent cycle.

We hate the experience we've had with Summit court and Berger realty. Everything is a battle. Berger consistently devalues us as tenants and overlooks our rights. Renting is very hard with Berger. I tell people all the time that they should not live here or at any Berger properties. I've even shared it on all the social media platforms and review sites I can find.
