I have been living here 2 years and would recommend to anyone. The rent is reasonable - and the apartments have a semi-private walk-up (you share with the apt. above or below you) and include a washer/dryer. The rooms are also large with ample closet space. All problems were fixed upon my 1st call to maintence and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is also nice in the summer. <br> <br>The drawbacks: The windows are somewhat poorly insulated, so the heat needs to be cranked up in the winter (expect a energy bill for about $40 in the summer and about $160 and up in the winter). There is little counter space in the kitchen, but they do come equipment with a full size over range and dishwasher. I am lucky and have a downstairs neighbor who is only occasionally noisy, but sound does travel between floors.
