Happy Tenant

I like Village Square. It's convenient - shopping, dining & I-95 are all nearby. It has been easy for me to live here. I am happy that there is a dog park so I can take my dog off his leash and let him run around. I try to work out as often as I can, so I use the gym year round and I also use the pool in the summertime. I used to have a gym membership but gave it up a couple of years ago to save money. It would have been much harder for me to find an alternative form of exercise if I didn't have the gym & pool here. Since I'm not really one to sit around the house and watch TV, the amenities of where I live are probably more important than the apartment itself. That said, I should probably mention my apartment too. Basically, it's nothing special, but it's certainly not in bad shape either. To clarify, everything is clean and in good condition, but it's an average apartment. I've had a couple of maintenance issues over the past couple of years, but the maintenance staff have been quick to respond and they fix things correctly. The office & maintenance people always seem pleasant, although I don't deal with them too frequently. Overall it's a good fit for me. There aren't any negative issues that I've encountered so far, but I'll let you know if I do.
