More bang for my buck
Although there are several apartment complexes in this area that I could have chosen, I'm glad I chose Village Square. I believe I get more for my money here. For one thing, the pool, gym & tennis courts are free. I understand that not everyone uses them, and for those who don't I guess they wouldn't see that as an "extra", but I do. The free breakfast on weekdays is also a nice extra (again, not everyone takes advantage of it). For me it's nice to be able to run into the club and grab a bagel instead of waiting on line at Wawa. It's a quiet place with a mix of people (families, professionals & older people). They accept pets and there's a dog park where I see a lot of residents with their dogs. I don't have any pets so it doesn't really matter to me but I'm sure it does for people with pets so I thought I'd mention it. I haven't interacted with the office staff that much, but that's the way I like it. They don't bother me and I don't bother them. I only called the office once for a leak in my bathroom and they sent someone the next day to fix it. That was a few months ago. I'd recommend Village Square. It's well run and again I think you get a lot for your money here.Share This Review
