Extras
In my opinion, any apartment is just an apartment. Sure, you can pay higher rent and get upgraded appliances, floors & countertops, but at the end of the day you're still renting an apartment. What I like about Village Square are the little extras that make renting seem a little more worthwhile. For example, the free breakfast for residents every Mon thru Fri in the club is a really nice perk. It saves me a few bucks and some time each morning and I really appreciate that. Maybe I just like free food, who knows? Whatever the case, I think it's a nice thing to do for residents. Management throws pool parties & other functions for residents throughout the year. Some people don't take advantage of these functions, but I think it's a good way to socialize & meet your neighbors (and there's also the free food - lol). I'll admit that there's not always a big turnout, but again, I appreciate the effort from the staff. I even get a Christmas card every year. What I'm trying to say is this - as apartment complexes go, everything is equal except when it comes to customer service. I think that the Kormans go above and beyond the ordinary to make residents feel appreciated. And when I'm writing my rent check every month, it makes me feel a little better knowing that it's going to a company that appreciates my business.Share This Review
