10 year resident Village Square West

I've been here 10 years. The community is safe, good schools, easy access to major stores and roads. The complex looks much like a townhouse setting. There are many trees, a community garden, seasonal pool, gym, clubhouse,tennis courts,internet access and located in a nice neighborhood. I think what makes korman stand out are the small things management does, that they don't contractually need to do. For example,over the years I have participated in, or been the recipient of, a community garden with 20 plots,two annual holiday barbecues, a Mothers day brunch, school supplies given to the kids, pumpkins distributed at Halloween, candy for the kids, followed by a contest with awards, flowers distributed to plant in your front yard in the Spring and a gift wrapping session at the management office in the evening when I'm sure everyone wanted to go home. I have always been treated courteously by the staff and have met some wonderful people over the years. This complex has a sense of community that I have not found elsewhere, and that makes it a great place to live.
