I will say we had a relatively decent experience living here. Always felt safe, loved the one main entrance for 2 apartments, the gym was a great bonus, and we never had a problem with neighbors.
However, moving out was a different experience. The best advice I can give you is to take pictures the day you move in. We spent the first half of move-in day cleaning so that we felt comfortable unpacking our belongings. Then- when you move out, they will charge you an arm and a leg for cleaning when you left it cleaner than the day you moved in. It's a joke really.
Also- keep a paper trail. Once we left and were buying a house, our mortgage company contacted them to verify our past rental and they had no record of us living there. After weeks of trying to refresh their memory (we had lived there for over 3 years!!), they then told our mortgage company we had made payments over 30 days late which was a lie. We had to spend 2 days proving to our mortgage company this was in fact false.
Again, its probably one of the better apartments in the area and we didnt have too many troubles while we were there- but moving out was not a pleasant experience and left a bad taste in our mouths. A shame after 3 years of a good experience!
