Awful in the Winter

I've lived here since June 2009 and in that time I've found that the fitness center is nice but there is often a wait for computers in the office center area as well as many restrictions on printing and websites you can go to. In the winter they do a simply AWFUL job at clearing snow and ice. They often do not salt and plowing can take upwards of 10-12 hrs after it finishes snowing. Other complexes like Franklin Commons and Salem Harbor are cleared of snow quickly. The noise is bad as it frequently sounds as though my upstairs neighbors are going to come through the ceiling and when they run on the stairs the wall practically shakes. The management office staff is frequently rude. Parking is a nightmare especially when it snows. I can't convey how bad the roadways are when it snows here. I actually think the alignment on my car was messed up from the peaks and valleys you had to drive through from the storm a couple weeks ago. I'm in a "smokefree" courtyard, but my next door neighbor's all smoke and stand outside near the doors and windows so if I have my living room window open it all blows in here. I've asked them to stand elsewhere and called the office with nothing done about it. Don't do it. Just don't do it. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up two years was all I could do.
