Well to update, Korman has found new management but they appear to be as bad as Pete, the last guy. I am now going on a year without central air. They don't respond to my maintenance requests, if they do they just close it with no notes. I requested a larger window unit but 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard from them. The only reason I am staying here is because I can't afford the expense of moving right now, if I could I would. BTW, the pictures you see here are not representative of what you will get. Think I'm lying? Ask to see your apartment before you sign the lease, they will not let you see it.
I should have known when the Leasing Office wasn't returning my calls before I move in that this was going to be an awful experience. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!! I have called, emailed, filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and my air conditioning issue still is not resolved. It has been over a month without it and if you drive through Village Square you will see many others that have window units because they are too cheap to replace the old units. This place does not want to spend money to improve the community and their 1 day guarantee is a farce. I've submitted tickets and have never heard a response and several where it's been a week before they respond. The dishwasher looks like it's from 1970 and the fridge has rust stains on it. Hey John Korman, if you're reading this, you seriously need to replace the management at Village Square they couldn't be any worse.
