Adversarial management. Maintenance can invade your apartment at any time. If you challenge their poor maintenance policies, your lease gets terminated without notice. Many, many apartments under water after the recent hurricane. They call the cops on you and consider you 'threatening' if you challenge their maintenance policies. Has management gone mad? How did things get so terrible? Maintenance left my front door open after coming in unannounced. They recently issued lease terminations to many people that complained of wet apartments, and the smell and mold they create. If you come here, you deserve whatever happens to you.
