This is our third apartment, and it is our favorite so far. Our standard model dwelling meets our needs. These are older apartments and appliances, so some fixing is needed from time to time, but our maintenance team is good at responding appropriately. I am glad that we have Victor, Chris, Selena, Ed, and the rest (sorry, but those are the only names I remember right now), in the maintenance office. Jenn in the management office is really professional as well. The only complaint I have is the complex contracted with Comcast, so we cannot try another cable service provider. But, we deal with it. The landscape is nice as well. Oh, and I can't forget the convenience. We are few minutes from Philly, a short drive on I-95, or the PA turnpike from New Jersey, and about 1 1/2- 2 hours from New York. Not to mention access to 3 malls, a ton of restaurants, and several movie theaters.
