This place is one of the best in the area...HOWEVER, that really is not saying much at all. The apartments are old and outdated- the oven overcooks everythinggg and the washer and dryer are far from efficient. ( Takes like 2.5 hours to dry a load of laundry). There is definitely mold. I know this because I have never been so sick on a consistent basis until I moved here. The doctor finally determined that it's really bad allergies to " something in my environment" aka...something in Korman, because I have never had allergies before in my life. Also, the time that it takes for them to respond to a maintenance request is absurd (anywhere from 5 days at the minimum, to up to 2 weeks once!!) And when they finally do come, they leave a mess behind. When I have called to check up on when they will finally be out to fix one of the many things that have broken, I always hear the same thing, that "maintenance workers are currently working on emergencies, so it could be a few days". It is NOT my problem that people's air conditioning is not working and such. Maybe they should keep their apartments in better condition to begin with. Ugh- It's a shame the way some businesses are ran.
75% of the time everything is OK...but the other 25% is EXTREMELY frustrating.
