I had a really hard time pulling the trigger on an Apt in the area due to hearing horror stories.
I am really glad I chose Village Square (now owned by paradise management).
Natalie was extremely friendly and helpful during our move in process and I'm so sad she isn't here anymore.
I have been here a month now and so far I have not once had a problem finding a parking spot as others have mentioned on other reviews.
I also feel very safe here at night I am a young girl who stays here alone most nights due to my boyfriend working overnight shifts.
The only complaint I do have is there are some bugs here ("million leggers") I am not good with bugs!! However I have lived with worse. I have not seen one roach or waterbug. They are the worst. I honestly don't know if there is such a thing as a bug free apartment so I really can't complain too much about these apartments. Even though management company said they have an exterminator come on every Tuesday I'm not sure if that is 100% true.
I also do not have a problem with noise I barely have heard any neighbors up untill about a week ago untill a new couple have moved in.
They slam the doors every time they leave but as far as hearing tv or talking I don't hear a thing.
The last thing I will mention is the trash who picks up on Monday's . The first night we were here the trash men at 4AM None of the games are missing pieces.
which was completely rediculous. When we told the employees they seemed honestly concerned and shocked to hear that. I was very happy the next week when the trash was picked up much later in the day (11am) so they took care of the problem immediately which is awesome.
So all in all I am pretty confident I choose the right place to live.
