I have lived here for over 7 years. Firstly, as a single man and later as a family man. It has been a great place to call "home" and still is. The entire management staff (Valerie Maier, Lori Sadusky, Jennifer to name but a few) are very helpful and quick to solve any problems that have arisen.
The grounds and facilities are kept clean except for the occasional dog foul. The gym is open during sociable hours and is rarely crowded. The pool area during summer is lovely.
I love the convenience of I 95 and Pennsylvania Turnpike which are minutes away. Philadelphia Mills outlet mall, Neshaminy Mall, shopping centers as well as a string of restaurants are close by. It is safe and quiet here. My family and I could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood. Oh, parking can be a nightmare after hours...but you can't have it all right? If only people didn't own 3 or more cars. Well lets just say the early bird catches the worm.
