Thank you for your review. Starting in 2013, the electricity deregulation process required PECO to discontinue the residential electric heating discount that has been in effect in the Philadelphia region since the 1950?s. You may recall that a note to this effect was written on your December bill. All PECO residential customers, not just Village Square residents, who previously benefited from the discounted rate, have very likely experienced an increase in their monthly bills during the heating season. Please be further advised that electricity service at Village Square is provided by PECO and billed by a third party at the exactly the same rates as PECO. This is required by law. The Bark Park has been completely renovated for 2013 and a photo has been uploaded for your review. I think we are in agreement that it is very unfortunate that a few irresponsible pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. Thank you, Village Square Management
