A few weeks ago I stopped by here on a Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting a young lady that works in the leasing office named Gabrielle. She was very polite and knowledgable. We got to the leasing office just as it was about to close and she stayed late to show us the models and answer all of our questions.
Returning a few days later we had the misfortune of dealing with Sean, who could probably afford to take some lessons in customer service from Gabrielle. He had almost no clue what he was doing and he seemed too busy playing on his computer to even pay any attention to us.
We hope to deal with more staff like Gabrielle. We plan on leasing from these apartments. The apartments seem great and the grounds are beautiful! We were shocked at how spacious the apartments are and very impressed with the size
Of the bath tub in the bathroom!! Overall we are very excited to move forward with the leasing process!
