I just wanted to comment on how happy I am living here! Last night I put in a service request for four things...and today 3 out of the 4 things have been repaired! The 4th repair is my dryer, which needs a part and the maintenance man (very nice and friendly) apologized and told me or rather ASKED me! If it would be a problem if he fixed it first thing tomorrow morning as he needed to get the part! WOW! No problem I told him! I am so happy first of all that I had a response first thing this morning from management to let me know they received my request , and second how fast they came and repaired everything! (Except the dryer..no biggie). Anytime I have EVER had to contact management for anything at all everyone has been so helpful and promptly taken care of the issue.. I am just so grateful to the staff for making it so enjoyable to live here!! LOVE my apartment and this complex!
