I moved here in May of 2013. I had had a bad experience prior with everything from my neighbors to landlords to safety issues. Moving here has been lifechanging for me and my family. First of all, I feel safe and being a single mother, that is of utmost importance. My neighbors are kind and look out for each other. The management office is always friendly to us and as soon as we have any issue, they handle it immediately. I do not have one complaint. While i realize that sometimes people do complain when they post here, i think that one needs to remember that often we are not as apt to speak up of our positive experiences but rather we are most sparked to speak when angry. The pool here is lovely and in this Fall season is very missed. We cannot wait until it opens in the summer. The community has dry cleaning offered, activities available throughout the year. Truly, even though i am renting, I feel as if I am home. That to me means everything. I strongly recommend moving here :)
