We have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it. The apartment complex that we lived at before had terrible management and facilities but Village Square is wonderful. To begin with the apartments are nice and clean, we have an upgraded apartment so the kitchen and bath are very nice and all the windows are brand new. The staff is wonderful, and very helpful, they communicate with the complex on a monthly basis through a newsletter so that you are aware of things that are going on. The workout facility and pool are very nice looking and the employees who work there are constantly cleaning it and keeping it in great shape. The grounds are very nice as well and trash is picked up often so it is never overflowing. I have no complaints at all, and would recommend village square to anyone. It has a perfect location just a few miles from I-95 but far enough away that you feel you are in a quiet neighborhood. I can always find a parking spot and if I have to put a maintenance request in it is always taken care of promptly. Having packages delivered here is also extremely convenient.
