This is a great place to live and the staff are always super nice, friendly and helpful! One of the best things is that management always listens to, & often implements, suggestions and/or things we ask for, such as keeping the pool open on days it was not scheduled to be, after so many of us asked for that. It's nice to know they really listen, & often make the changes we ask for, as you don't get that in many rental places. There are many, many great amenities, pets are allowed & the landscaping/grounds are really nice, it is a pretty place to live, with free off-street parking & a newer, overnight parking monitoring service as well! Some of the nicest of the many amenities are the beautiful, huge pool & nice, comfortable, provided pool lounge chairs & nice large grills at the pool! Also, the nice, newly renovated & enlarged gym, open 24/7, which is great to have open, around the clock!! Also, there is a 24-hour maintenance line & someone always on call, as well as a lockout service. The new trash pickup service is very convenient, too! The Clubhouse is nice, large & has tablets available for use, there is a big playground, dog park, picnic grove & popular community garden. A very nice touch is they have many fun resident events all year, & some special events at the Pool in summer, like a Luau, BBQ, Ice Cream Day, Alex's Lemonade, "Popsicles By The Pool", etc., all of which make it even more fun! The fun resident events all year often include contests to win prizes & gift cards, include refreshments, sometimes breakfast, pizza or other food, and are always something nice to look forward to. It is very near and convenient to major highways & there is lots of local entertainment, restaurants, theaters & fun outdoor and indoor local events to attend & enjoy. I've seen busses around, so believe it's accessible to public transportation, too. When maintenance is required, it is completed quickly and efficiently. A very nice place to live, especially if you want to take advantage of the many, very nice amenities and/or have pets, & want a staff that is always approachable, friendly, accommodating & willing to listen, & who will actually take & implement requests & suggestions when they can!!
