I moved in last week, and so far my experience has been great. The apartment is a great size, the windows are new. I live in one of the not updated units, but even this doesn't seem "old". I haven't heard any of my neighbors, and I read on prior reviews that this was a problem - the walls are no thinner than anyplace else I've lived. The only thing I've heard is someone vacuuming yesterday. No talking/snoring/etc. The parking lot is crappy right now, but so are the rest of the roads in bensalem after the winter we just had lol! I'm assuming the potholes will be filled.
Everyone in the leasing office has been great. Haven't checked out the fitness center, or gotten an electric bill yet, but I will update if needed!
Just an update ... called maintenance about rust in my dryer and it was replaced the next day. The guys were both friendly and efficient.
And parking is a nightmare. I work nights and by the time I get home I have to park on there other side of the complex and walk through a dark parking lot for 5 min to get home. Tonight I ran out to pick up food and had to drive around for 10 minutes looking for a spot. Unfortunate since its just me and I only have one car, all the people with 2 plus cars take up all the spots.
