This complex has seems it's fair share of people since I have been here. I liked the one gentleman who ran it a couple of years ago. I don't understand why the new owner, Paradise Management doesn't do something about the way the residents are treated and talked about. I was working out in the gym a couple months ago maybe 2, the office people were in there for some party and again for a different meeting or something. It was disturbing to hear how the ------ office girls were talking. I'm not sure of who they were but one was with ----- ------ hair and the other with ---------------. To hear the way they were talking about the residents was absolutely discouraging, if I have a problem I will call my family or someone outside to fix it. I felt embarrassed for the young lady that was trying to work out and they were talking about her on the equipment. I have been here a long time and through the new owners and several different maintenance and office people. I hope the new owners can clean up this kind of behavior and get people in these positions that residents can feel comfortable talking to about their issues. I wouldn't want them kind of people representing my company, it's bad for clients and business as a whole. Please take some kind of actions.
