Do not ignore this warning!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This was my first apartment I have to say that it has been the worst experience and the "managment" that is here does not help. Let me start off by saying our apartment was not ready on our move in day. The carpet was just put down at 10am and they were still doing work in the bathroom. I have gone through 3 washers because they refuse to buy a new washer. Instead they remove them from other units then try to fix your broken one with spare parts they have. This was told to me by one of the maintenance workers. They have charged us with bogus fees hoping we wouldnt catch them, but when we have asked what they are for, we never get an answer and the fee magically disappears. I have never gotten a return phone call when they say they would. I have had maintenance just walk in without the office calling to let us know they set up an appointment w/o talking to us about a work order that was put in for over 1 month. There is also never any parking unless you come home between 8am and 2pm, after that forget it. It is very clear they do not care about their renters. We were late on our payment 1 time because we were out of town and we got a letter only 2 days after the due date that we had 7 days to pay or we were being evicted. Seriously? 1 late payment and thats it? I could go on longer about everything else that is wrong with this complex but needless to say I can not wait until our contract is up in november and never have to revisit this place. Never Again.
