The main issues I have is the maintenance. Issues are only solved if there is flooding. Their general mindset is that if it turns on... It works. Even if it takes 5 hours to dry a load of laundry. Or the clothes washer doesn't drain. Or that half the weather stripping is gone and they just don't replace that. It shouldn't take longer than a week to get a part for something to fix it. It took way too long to have people look at why our AC was broken and we had to call repeatedly because thw first guy just said the filter needed to be changed. Turns out that an entire part was destroyed and leaking. There are holes that were just covered with ductape and then painted over. The crease of the wall to the floor isn't sealed so bugs flood from under the wall. When it rains.. It leaks under the walls and into the carpet. One of the receptionists is terribly mean and very unhelpful when trying to figure out when anything will be fixed and if she answers... I know nothing will happen that day. The appliances are incredibly old and barely work. There are kids that are unsupervised all the time and we have had issues with them being invasive but that isn't the complex management. The AC unit is half outside and half inside and just blocked off by an unsealed door. So tons of bugs come in through there and it lets in a lot of heat/cold air depending on the season and it causes electricity to be $400 a month during the summer. Only reason why it is getting 3 stars is because the area is okay.
